Turf replacement works began
Soon Lech Poznań players will be able to test the new turf at Bułgarska Street. On Monday, the replacement works began. The new turf will be ready for Lech’s clash with Legia Warsaw (November 10th).
The comfort of Lech’s players is a priority and since in the last two matches played at Bułgarska Street, the turf wasn’t up to standards, the decision was made to replace the grass after the game against Radomiak Radom (2:1). On Monday, the removal of the old turf began and soon the rolls with new grass will arrive. This time, the turf was acquired from a plantation in Slovakia. Lech’s senior players will have two opportunities to test the new pitch this autumn – in the clash with Legia Warsaw (November 10th), and GKS Katowice (November 23rd).
