Nikola Vujadinović returned to training sessions. On Wednesday the defender took part in his first practice after he suffered an injury in a recent league match.
The footballer injured the biceps femoris muscle in the clash with Zagłębie Lubin. As a result, the defender couldn’t play in the following league match against Termalica Bruk-Bet Nieciecza. Vujadinovic was replaced by Rafal Janicki who spent the match on the substitute bench.
“Nikola suffered an injury, but it’s all behind him now. Last week he underwent physiotherapy and rehabilitation. Thanks to his recovery, he will be able to play in the upcoming game. On Wednesday he joined his teammates during a training session and now it’s up to the coach whether he will play against Arka Gdynia, or not,” explained professor Krzysztof Pawlaczyk, head of the medical staff.
Vujadinovic has played in 4 matches so far this season. Twice he faced FC Utrecht in the Europa League qualifications, once Pogon Szczecin in the Polish Cup and Zaglebie Lubin in the league.
