Kasper Hämäläinen and Łukasz Trałka added a goal to their account each in the match against Pogon that Lech won in Szczecin 2:0. For Lech's captain it was the first league goal this season.
For Hämäläinen it was the sixth goal this season and the fifth in the league. In the Sunday match against Pogon the Finnish forward beat Jakub Slowik as early as in the 11th minute thanks to Kaminski's great pass.
The player is Lech's best goal scorer for the second consecutive season. The previous year has been the best in the forward's career so far. Hamalainen scored 15 goals in the season 2014/2015 (13 in the league, 2 in the national competition).
Meanwhile, Lukasz Tralka's goal scored against Pogon was the first one this season. The 31 year-old player scored for the first time in the last 6300 minutes! The last time that Tralka placed the ball in the net was on August 11th 2013. "I remember my last goal; it was against Korona Kielce, here at home. Yes, it is true that I haven't scored for a long time. In the week before the game with Pogon I scored a lot on training sessions, but it wasn't the first time and it never really had an influence on the matches themselves. It's been a long time since I last scored, but I finally succeeded and I am really happy," concluded Lech's captain.
Aside from the one league goal that Tralka has on his account, the player also scored once in the Europa League qualifications.
