Lech Poznan will play 7 training matches ahead of the upcoming 2019/20 season. 6 of those games will be held in Opalenica, whereas the remaining one will be played on the main pitch at the stadium in Poznan.
The first training match of the pre-season is scheduled for 19th of June, however, the opponent is yet to be announced. 3 days later (on 22nd June), the team from Poznan will compete against the second-division Widzew Lodz in Opalenica where the two pre-season camps will be taking place.
Meanwhile, the following week Lech is going to face a couple of international teams. First, on June 26th the team from Poznan will play against Brøndby IF which has Kamil Wilczek and Paulus Arajuuri (ex-player of Lech) in their squad. A day later, Lech’s coaching staff planned a training match against a rival that won’t be announced until later. That game will also end the first pre-season camp in Opalenica.
In between pre-season camps, Lech has one more friendly game to play. On July 6th, the squad from Poznan will face Danish vice-champions FC Midtjylland at home. Meanwhile, during the second training camp, Lech will play two extra games, one of them against Vitesse Arnhem (9th of July) which was ranked 5th in Eredivisie last season. The second rival will be announced shortly.
