November 11th is a special date, but not only because it reminds everyone of the day Poland regained independence. In Greater Poland, on that same date, Saint Marcin celebrates his name-day and the locals enjoy unique pastries named after him. Every year, Lech Poznan nurtures this tradition by encouraging people to try the famous local pastry. A few days before the holiday, all top-division clubs, as well as important personas in the football industry, receive a delicious package from Lech.
Once again, Koperski Confectionary – which specializes in Saint Martin croissants – played a key role in Lech’s campaign. The pastry shop is managed by Piotr Koperski who owns a unique certificate proving the authenticity and quality of Saint Martin croissants baked in his confectionary. In order to have received this certificate, Koperski needed to ensure that his pastries were true to the original recipe and established norms.
Meanwhile, Body Chief was responsible for the transport of Saint Martin croissants. Thanks to the catering company, the pastries were delivered fresh and on time.
