In the 35th round of T-Mobile Ekstraklasa Lech Poznań drew at home with Pogoń Szczecin 0:0.
Just as it had been predicted, Lech was the team that kept the ball while Pogoń patiently waited for an opportunity to counterattack. Hosts could have taken the lead in the 10th minute. Rudola made a terrible mistake and lost the ball to Pawłowski but the winger lost a one-on-one clash with the goalkeeper. Guests got their chance 15 minutes later when Arajuuris mistake resulted in Robak facing Kotorowski all alone. Luckily for the Finnish defender and his team, the leagues best goal scorer missed. In the 31st minute Rogalski lost the ball, Pawłowski took in over and sent a well-timed pass to Hamalainen but the latter shot in the side net. 4 minutes later Możdżeń joined an offensive action and sent a great pass to Teodorczyk but Lechs forward waited too long and at last his shot was blocked. Lech was the better team in the first half but no goals were scored.
The second half the guests began with a brave, offensive football and they did not have to wait long for a goal opportunity to come. In the 52nd minute Robak found himself freely racing towards Lechs goal but at last it was Kotorowski who saved his team with an effective intervention. 2 minutes later Akahoshi sent a precise cross into the penalty area but Dąbrowskis header stopped on the crossbar. The guests had to wait for another chance until 85th minute when Akahoshi once again was the one to center the ball while Robak shot with his head but this Kotorowski was in the right place at the right time. In the second half Lech did not manage to cause any trouble to Janukiewicz and the match ended with a goalless draw. This way Pogoń ended Lechs 8 game long run of wins at home.
