In the game of the 19th round of T-Mobile Ekstraklasa Lech Poznań lost in Kielce with Korona 0:1. Daniel Gołębiewski in the 88th minute scored a goal that gave his team all three points.
The game in Kielce had begun tragically for Lech. In the 7th minute Kamiński sent a ball to Gostmoski, but the pass turned out to be too light and in the end it was Korzym who got the ball. The defender tried to save his team from losing a goal and his attempt of stopping Korzym resulted in a foul. The forward was one-on-one with the goalkeeper and the referee had no other choice than to kick Kamiński out. Lech seemed to be knocked down and they were close to receiving another blow when Golańskis free kick stopped on the bar. As if the team from Poznań had not enough problems, in the 22nd minute Murawski was forced to leave the pitch because of a thigh injury. Douglas was the one who came on as a substitute. The Scottish player had to adapt to an unusual for him role of a center back next to Manuel Arboleda. Despite playing in 10, Lech did not let Korona dominate the game. The hosts created their first chance in the 39th minute. Kiełb sent a cross into the penalty area, Sobolewski played to Pyłypczuk but Gostomski was there to stop the Ukrainians shot. The team from Poznań had a good opportunity two minutes later but Douglass free kick only hit the side net and the first half ended with a goalless draw.
The second half began with the attacks of the hosts and in the 49th minute Gostomski was forced to intervene after Pyłypczuks header. A minute later Arboleda made a mistakes and Douglas had to stop Kiełb desperately, to save his team from losing a goal. Lech was concentrated on defending and with time there were less and less goal opportunities for Korona. The team from Kielce had barely created any chance until the 88th minute. Pyłypczuk sent a cross into the penalty, Gołębiewski was faster than Gostomski and he placed the ball at the back of the net, letting his team gather all three points.
