On 4th and 5th June Lech Poznan invites coaches on the COGITRAINING workshop concerning the modern mental training. The course is taught by duet of Belgian coaches Jose Riga and Michel Bruyninckx, who will present theirs author's method which is based on the latest neuropsychological researches.
On 4th and 5th June 2013 at Poznan City Stadium unique on European scale COGITRAINING workshop will be held. At the course comprehensive knowledge concerning mental training and various techniques improving motor coordination will be presented.
Both coaches have already become recognizible across Poland, as being main prelegents at the last edition of Lech Conference in 2012. Their lecture have met with great interest due to a intimate knowledge and methods which are respected around the world. The workshop will be an occasion to present a full learning in the field of mind and mental training regarding to players training - said Krzysztof Rutkowski, department of learning manager in KKS Lech Poznan, and the workshop organizer.
COGITRAINING workshop will be divided into two sections: theoretical and practical involving Lech Poznan U-12 team. The workshop will be held at Poznan City Stadium using main pitch and board-rooms. Rapid development of football caused reduction of the available playing field and also decision-making time for the player during the game. The future belongs to those, who are able to see more and need less time to react. More and more coaches understands that not a body and its performance, but a human mind is a key determinant of success says Krzysztof Rutkowski.
