You have been in Poznan two weeks already. How do you feel in the new environment? Are you already done with all the formalities?
I want to live close to the stadium, and therefore I am still looking for an apartment. When it comes to training, I have only had session with a few players because 11 of them left for National Teams and it's only been two days that the whole squad has been together.
Has this short period been enough for you to get familiar with the coach's philosophy and the team's style of play?
Obviously, the more time, the better. Due to the break for National Teams I have been training for over a week and there have been multiple briefings on the way. I have been told everything I need to know and now I have to put it into practice.
How have you been coping with the new surrounding? You have been in high form since the beginning of the season, don't you fear that the transfer might affect your disposition?
It has been my first transfer in this specific period of the season. When I moved from Rakow to Jagiellonia, I joined the new team at the beginning of the pre-season. Surely, Lech plays differently [than my former team], however I hope that I can perform as good and that I will help the team to win in the weekend.
The club's current situation is hard and the expectations are high. How do you feel ahead of your debut? Is it stress that accompanies you, or rather excitement?
I have played at INEA Stadium a few times already, but as a guest. Of course, the pressure is high because the recent results were satisfactory, but during the break everything has been worked upon. We have to win on Saturday and I want to help the team do that.
The history likes to repeat itself. You have debuted for Jagiellonia also in a match against Podbeskidzie
Yes, that's right. Back then we lost a goal in the 7th minute, but at last we managed to win 2:1... I hope that tomorrow's debut will be marked with a win, too.
How would you encourage fans to come to the stadium to watch you play?
Fans come to see the whole team. Currently we are in a tough situation and the fans' support can really help us. I hope that they will be there tomorrow and that we will win the match!
