Dariusz Dudka began his individual training sessions. The midfielder suffered from an ankle injury during one of the trainings in September and he’s been recovering ever since. “Everything is going according to plan,” said the footballer.
The midfielder is fighting his way back on the pitch. If everything goes well, in a week’s time Dudka will join the rest of the squad. “As for now, there is no delay in my recovery. I have a few days to regenerate fully and get back into shape. For now I am training individually,” explained Dudka.
While Lech’s squad is training with Nenad Bjelica and his assistant Rene Poms, Dudka is being observed by dr Martin Mayer. Apart from running, the footballer is practicing with the ball and weights. “The training sessions are really intense. I come back after three weeks of absence and I need to work extremely hard to get back to shape as soon as possible,” emphasized Dudka.
The 32 year-old was injured in mid-September, which forced him to miss a couple of recent matches. The footballer only had a chance to play in the third-league game with the reserves team.
