Kamil Drygas is no longer a player of Lech Poznań. The 21 years old defensive midfielder has been transferred to Zawisza Bydgoszcz. Drygas debut for Lech Poznań took place on July 27th 2010. Overall the player played 21 matches in the colors of Kolejorz.
Drygas had a great beginning in Lech Poznań. In his first game he showed himself from a great side, proving what a promising player he was. Unfortunately a serious injury influenced his career. On October 24th 2010 in the away game with Górnik Zabrze the young player broke his shinbone. In the season 2010/2011 he didnt appear on the pitch again. He played again in the summer of 2011 but it wasnt a great season for Kamil. He appeared in 9 games, in all of them as a substitute.
In the summer of 2012, Drygas decided to move to Zawisza Bydgoszcz. The last season was the best one in his career. He played 23 games (in only 1 as a substitute), scored 8 goals and had a big impact on the qualification of the team from Bydgoszcz to T-Mobile Ekstraklasa. He received another chance in Lech Poznań this summer but he didnt manage to win a place in the first squad. Kamil Drygas asked for a transfer and coach Mariusz Rumak kept his promise, letting the player go.
Kamil was transferred to Zawisza Bydgoszcz right before the end of the transfer window. In the upcoming league round its the team from Bydgoszcz that Lech will face at home. However, because of a deal, Drygas wont yet play against his former team.
