Lech Poznan will face Macedonian football club FK Pelister in the 1st round of Europa League qualifications.
The Macedonian club, led by a Turkish coach Naci Sensoy, finished last season on the 4th rank in the Macedonian league. Vardar Skopje was crowned Champions with a 13-point advantage over the second team in the table. Pelister was 31 points behind the Macedonian winners. However, the club which plays its matches in Bitola won the Macedonian Cup after beating KF Shkendija in the final following a penalty shootout.
The first match will take place at INEA Stadium on June 29th. The second leg will be played in Macedonia a week later, on July 6th. Mladost Stadium in Strumica has a 6-thousand seat capacity. FK Belasica, Akademija Pandev and FK Tiverija usually play its matches at that stadium.
