Lech Poznan signed an agreement with a new Strategic Sponsor – Financial Group Aforti Holding which has been cooperating with Lech for the past year. The partnership was announced at the same press conference the new kits were presented. The agreement between Lech and Aforti will last 3 years.
“Lech Poznan progresses dynamically and year in year it gains further recognition, also in the world of business where partnerships with sports representatives are approached with caution. The fact that Aforti Holding, after a year of cooperation, decided to further engage with us, breaking partnerships records, only proves that our vision and strategy are leading us in the right direction,” said Karol Klimczak, Lech’s chairman.
Lech and Aforti have been partnering since July 2016. The most recognizable element of this alliance was the logo of Premium Sponsor in the season 2016/17 which was placed on the I team’s match shorts. Meanwhile, the club also provided its partner with advertising benefits, including hospitality, while Lech was offered some of the services provided by Aforti Holding.
“The activities of Aforti Holding currently focus on expanding the services provided to small and medium companies, development of new business connection and widening the geographical reach. We concentrate on the quality and diversity of our offer. We have come up with an optimal development plan which benefits the clients and the Group itself. Our goal is to set new standards for complex customer services offered to small and medium ventures,” explained Klaudiusz Sytek, chairman of Aforti Holding S.A.
Aforti’s logo will appear on the front of the match shirts worn by Lech’s footballers. In addition, the company’s trademark will be seen on all advertising media, including advertising boards, substitute benches, as well as the banner located in the buffer sector on Białas stand. Moreover, the two sides plan to prepare special events for the fans and Aforti’s clients.
New match kits were also presented on the Monday match conference. Klaudiusz Sytek gave a flag shaped like and resembling the new match kit to the chairman of Lech Poznan Fan Association, Radosław Majchrzak, as a symbolic gesture.
“First of all, I would like to congratulate the chairmen because an agreement like this one helps our club - which plays an important role in the lives of many of us - to progress and develop. We all dream about Lech’s success, trophies and international arena. We also hope that there will be a lot of joint initiatives we can plan together,” said Radosław Majchrzak.
Lech’s new Strategic Sponsor has been operating on the market since 2011 when the company debuted on NewConnect market. Aforti Holding’s offer is directed at small and medium companies. Complex customer services in the fields of personal finances and capital management is what Aforti specializes in.
Financial Group Aforti Holding S.A. is composed of a number of dependent cos: Aforti Finance S.A., specializing in financing ventures, Aforti Exchange Sp. z o.o., offering internet currency exchange, Aforti Collections S.A., concentrating on the management of payments due and debt collection, Aforti Corporate Finance S.A., specializing in the management of debt financing, Aforti Capital Sp. z o.o., offering financial and strategic consultancy, and Aforti AC Sp. z o.o. responsible for investors relations. The group is operating on Polish and Romanian markets but plans to expand its activities to other European countries in the nearest future.
The deal will last 3 years.
