The players from Poznan ended the season in marvelous moods. For the first time in five years the Championship has returned to Poznan, however it wouldn't be possible if it wasn't for the strong collective built by Lech in the recent months.
The players have repeated multiple times that they all have the very same aim. Lech's dressing room turned into a strong and united collective where everything functions accordingly to the plan. "There is no player that can achieve a lot all by himself. It's a team sport, that is why the only way to win trophies is to do it together," said coach Skorza. "The Championship was won by a collective in which each players can count on one another. As a team we are capable of achieving a lot."
The coach of the team from Poznan emphasized that the team's captain, Lukasz Tralka has had a great influence on Lech's recent successes. "Lukasz deserves unique appraisal. He understands perfectly his role and he's been fulfilling it really well. The key to winning the Championship was the mentality and he has a big impact on it. He knew how to uplift the team in the worst moments and reignite the hunger for success."
