The coaches' unanimous opinion

During the press conference Henning Berg admitted that tonight his team played worse than expected. Legia's coach also believes that the triumph of the rival was well-deserved. Maciej Skorza, on the other hand, warned about analyzing the opponent on the base of a single match.

We are disappointed because the result was the only thing that counted tonight and we lost 1:3. We did not perform the way we should have. We have to correct many aspects of our play and get back to our best form if we are to be successful.

I congratulate Lech. Usually our matches were balanced, but today the rivals were definitely the better team, especially because they used the first two opportunities they worked for. Right now it's not the time to analyze every single detail of our game. Physical preparation is not the problem here, maybe it's more about the mental preparation that should have been better. What we have shown today is not how we want to play. We have be much better to be sure we can triumph again.

We have begun the season well. It was important for us to play a good match in front of such a huge crowd and make sure we deliver emotions and joy. We have succeeded in doing so. Three goals scored, the Super Cup and moments of great play, especially considering that it was the first match of the season.

We have reasons to be optimistic, but the Tuesday match will be the definitive test. We can only check how well we are prepared when we face a Champion of another country. Therefore, our minds are already focused on Bosnia, but nonetheless I want to compliment my team for their commitment and their game. The team looked really well today. Surely I will have something to comment on, but only when I see the match again tomorrow and analyze the offense and defense in detail will I be able to make any further decisions.

Legia was a demanding rival tonight and if they had equalized shortly after they lost the first goal who knows how the match would have ended. The team from Warsaw underwent changes and undoubtedly they will remain a strong candidate for this season's Championship.
