Despite being new to the squad, the recent signings - Arnaud Djoum, Tamas Kadar and David Holman said they will be fighting for a place in the starting lineup for the upcoming matches.
Three footballers have joined Lech in the recent transfer window - David Holman was the first one to become a part of the squad on loan, while shortly afterwards the club signed contracts with Tamas Kadar and Arnaud Djoum. All three declared an ambition to win a place in the starting lineup as soon as possible.
"I have been here for two weeks and I think that my work during the training sessions shows that I am in a good form. I know I am ready to play in the upcoming league game, however it is up to the coach to decide if I will," said the newly signed defender, Tamas Kadar.
David Holman has set himself a similar goal. Because of health issues, the Hungarian midfielder was forced to miss the autumn round. However, he has already recovered and he is awaiting his debut game. "Thanks to the pre-season I feel ready to get back on the pitch," said the young Hungarian.
Arnaud Djoum has had less time to train, as he had just joined Lech a couple of days ago. "95 percent is how I currently rate my preparation for the season. However, the most important thing is to get to know the teammates and their style of play. I think that it is a matter of time before I find a place in the starting eleven," said the Belgian footballer.
