The hosts' leader, Jurij Szatalow, was satisfied with tonight's match. The coach admitted that his team played deep on purpose and simultaneously suggested that the loss of points was a result of the referees' mistakes. On the other hand Lech's coach had little reasons to rejoice. Below are the comments of the two leaders.

We have just played a very difficult game filled with directed and ruthless clashes. We knew that this was how Gornik would play. We tried to impose our style and most of the time we succeeded. We led the match, but we lacked goal attempts. It's no news that we arent the most efficient team, and therefore we need to create more opportunities.
The goal that we scored just before halftime made us more eager to dominate the match even further and cause more trouble to the rival. Gornik defended consequently and in result we did not create a single solid goal chance till the end of the match. In general I am dissatisfied with our offensive; we lacked good connection.
A tie is not a good result. The loss of the two points seriously weakens our chances to stand as the leaders ahead of the play-offs. We have to keep hoping, however it's no longer only up to us, but we have to also look to others. However, it's not the end of the season, we won't give up, we will keep on fighting till the end to achieve our aim.

We played the way we wanted. We had a couple of interesting and quickly played out counterattacks that turned into goal opportunities. However, the finishing of the actions wasnt as good. Lech did not have many goal attempts, and therefore I perceive the result as fair.
I've worked here for nearly two year and never before had the fans whistled at the referee after the match. [Lech's] goal attempt shouldn't take place because it followed a clear offside and such decisions are surprising. If the fans themselves whistled at the referee then it indicates something.
