Old teammates

The two recent signings of Lech Poznan - Tamas Kadar and Arnaud Djoum have already been teammates before. The two footballers used to share the pitch for 6 months when they were representing Roda Kerkrade.
Arnaud Djoum joined Roda Kerkrade in spring 2008/2009. The Belgian player with Cameroonian origins spent a major part of his football carieer in the Dutch club. At the beginning of the current season he transferred to the Turkish Ahiksarspor and shortly afterwards he became a player of Lech Poznan. Tamas Kadar joined Roda in the autumn round of 2012/2013. The Hungarian defender represented the Dutch club for 6 months only, and then went back to his home country.
"I did not expect for me and Tamas to be on the same team as soon," said Djoum. "I have just joined a new club, but it will be easier to adapt because I already know one teammate. I am glad to see him again; he is a good player and a very kind person," added the defensive midfielder.
Kadar also hopes the friendship will be beneficial. "We used to play together with Djoum for 6 months. I think he is a very talented footballer. My beginnings at Lech will be much easier thanks to the fact that I already know three people. Gergo Lovrencsics and David Holman are the two other players I have already met before. I hope that soon we will get a chance to all play together in the starting lineup," said the Hungarian defender.
