UEFA has already spread teams among several pots ahead of today's draw of the III round of Champions League qualifications. If Lech Poznan eliminates FK Sarajevo, the team from Poznan might have to face the likes of FC Basel and Celtic Glasgow.
The toughest team that Lech might draw out for the next round of qualifications seems to be FC Basel. The best team of the Swiss Axpo Super League is a regular participant of European competition. In the recent season FC Basel advanced to 1/16 of Champions League where the Swiss team was eliminated by FC Porto.
Lech Poznan might also have to face Celtic Glasgow or Steaua Bucharest who eliminated Legia Warsaw from European competition last season.
The draw will take place in Nyon, Switzerland, at 12:00.
Lech' potential rivals:
FC Basel 1893 (Switzerland)
FK AS Trenčín (Slovakia) / Steaua Bucharest (Romania)
Celtic FC (Scotland) / Stjarnan (Iceland)
Ludogorets Razgrad (Bulgaria) / Milsami Orhei (Moldavia)
NK Maribor (Slovenia) / FK Astana (Kazakhstan)
