Footballers of Mariusz Rumak were the favorite of this match, but at first half of the match it was a typicall match for a draw. Lech was more often on the ball, but Zhetysu was more often shooting. At first, at 6th minute Junuzović try to scored, then at 17th minute Mużykow failed too. Fortunately for the fans of Lech Poznan, after the Kazakh shoots, Lech started to play more offensive. Tonev and Ślusarski over and over trying to score a goal. But to the end of half was still 0:0.

After the break, coach Rumak had changed tactic. Vojo Ubiparip replaced Siergey Krivets. Now, we were playing 4-4-2, not 4-2-3-1. At 54 Łukasz Trałka took injury and Rafal Murawski who was one of the three Lechs footballers on the UEFA EURO CHAMPIONSHIP 2012 in Polish representation, appeared on the pitch. A few minutes later the Polish fans exploded! It was 1:0! Lovrencsics had taken fantastic action and took great pass to the Rafał Murawski who was scored beautiful goal. Four minutes later was 2:0. Bartosz Ślusarski passed the boal to the penalty box and Grego Lovrencsics scored a goal. It was fantastic opening match for this player. Zhetysu was trying to scored goal too, but Lechs defence in this match were so sealed.
