Krzysztof Chrobak is the newest staff member of Lech Poznań Youth Academy. He was appointed as the person responsible for the structure of training of the kid teams and from now on he is the main coach of the Youth Academy of Lech Poznań.
Chrobaks career goes back to 1983 when he was 26 years old. In 2003 he received UEFA PRO license. During his career he worked for clubs such as: Polonia Warszawa, Amica Wronki, Górnik Łęczna, Znicz Pruszków or Zagłębie Lubin.
In the last season Chrobak has been the second coach of Widzew Łódź. For two years hes also been the coordinator responsible for the actions of Masovian Football Association. Being a coach of the Junior National Team of Poland he won plenty of medals.
Our new coach of the Academy has also experience in the pedagogic field. Hes graduated physical education but also mathematics! In the 80s, before he started his football career, hes been a vice director of a school and hes taught kids PE and maths.
The experience he gained in the last 30 years is now the base of his teaching in the Academy.
