Alan Czerwiński is parting ways with Lech Poznań. The experienced right-back underwent medical tests for the top-division newcomers GKS Katowice and after receiving the green light, he signed a contract with the club from Silesia.
The right-back joined Lech before the start of the 2020/2021 season. Although he had already signed a contract with the club from Poznań in the winter of 2020, it wasn’t until his previous agreement with Zagłębie Lubin expired in June 2021 that he officially became a Lech Poznań player. Czerwiński made 113 appearances for Lech, accumulating 4 goals and 10 assists. Two years ago, he helped Lech win the Polish Championship and reach the historic quarterfinals of the Europa Conference League. Czerwiński also represented the club from Poznań in 19 international matches.
The current contract with Alan Czerwiński was valid until June 2025, however, upon mutual consent of both parties, the right-back will join one of his former teams – GKS Katowice – on a permanent transfer.
Alan, thank you for everything!
