Ostatni trening przed wyjazdem do Turcji

Dziś do południa zespół poznańskiego Lecha po raz pierwszy od czasu powrotu z hiszpańskiej Estepony trenował przy ulicy Bułgarskiej. Zajęcia te były zarazem ostatnimi przed wyjazdem na drugi obóz przygotowawczy do tureckiego Belek. Trening miał charakter regeneracyjny. Zawodnicy Kolejorza przez dwadzieścia minut biegali wokół boiska, a następnie wykonywali ćwiczenia ze specjalnymi pasami. Nad wszystkim czuwał trener przygotowania fizycznego, Luis Mila. Największym utrudnieniem dla piłkarzy była dziś pogoda. W stolicy Wielkopolski spadł śnieg i trening odbył się w iście zimowej aurze.
